Projects & Programmes

Ownership Options takes part in various projects and activities around disability and housing issues. The section is dedicated to these endeavours, giving you information, updates and telling you how you can find out further information or get involved.

Following is a brief description of each project and activity that Ownership Options Is currently involved in:

Community Partnerships Project at the Scottish Parliament (CPP2)
Ownership Options has been chosen as one of three organisations to participate in this year’s Community Partnerships Project at the Scottish Parliament. The Parliament found that certain groups are harder to reach and less likely to engage with Parliament and disabled people is one of these groups. As a result, disabled people are less likely to have their voices heard and exert political influence. This Innovative and unique programme, the first of its kind in Europe and the western world, reaches out to these groups and seeks to empower them with the tools to influence, inform and engage with Parliament.

SAHN Membership:
Ownership Options is a member of the Scottish Accessible Housing Network (SAHN), which is an umbrella body for organisations working on housing and disability issues.

Training Programme
We offer a range of training which can be tailored to the needs of your own organisation. Training will be delivered by one of the Ownership Options team of staff and volunteers or by  one of our specialist associates.
