Julie Fisher’s husband was helped by the government LIFT scheme to find “The Right House, in the Right Place”. The Riding gave her an opportunity to talk to The First Minister personally about the help she and her husband were given through the LIFT (Low Cost Initiative for First Time Buyers) Scheme.
